We humans have a tendency to get stuck on REPEAT.
To play out the same patterns over & over again in a subconscious ploy to keep entrenched beliefs intact.

Good news is we have the power to change the track, write a new chapter, shift genres entirely, & take the story of our life down whichever path we choose. It may not happen overnight, & it probably won't be easy, but it's absolutely possible (& worth it).

The first step is AWARENESS.
Asking the difficult questions. Diving into some honest self-reflection.
Getting clear on the nature of the voice in your head that acts up when you're feeling fragmented (i.e., "there's something wrong with me," "I'm all alone," "no one understands me," "I'm not good enough"). Acknowledging when you are allowing your mind to indulge & perpetuate false beliefs by creating stories that fit the bill. Identifying where those stories & feelings live in your body.

Next is GROWTH.
Commitment to yourself, to your Truth, to your evolution & wellbeing.
Forgiveness of self & others for the creation & maintenance of the destabilizing & erroneous theme(s) that you've learned to embody as truth.
Introspective exploration of what is actually true for you now & dedication to rehearsing a new script in alignment with said Truth until it finds a permanent home in your subconscious.
Reclamation of your spirit & restoration of energetic flow throughout your body using intentional movement & life-affirming breath.
And cultivation of a place of stability, safety, & compassion deep within your being.
